Holker Farm Dairy is the home of two raw milk cheeses named St James and Swallet  made with sheeps milk from Cumbria. 

New Season Cheeses Available Soon...

 

January 2010 sees the begining of our new milking season at Holker Farm. The new season has kicked off well with a few lambs born in january but with around 100 lambs due in february and march there's a lot more to do before the first cheeses are ready for sale!

A small number of our cheeses will be on sale soon in selected shops and at the local markets. 
 

 

 

St James has received several awards including the high profile

James Aldridge Award for the 'Best Unpasteurised Cheese of the Year' in 2005 awarded by the specialist cheesemakers association.
